About

A bright living space

The studio is a single open living space filled with light: a lounge with a sofa and leather armchairs, an open kitchen with its counter and a sleeping area by the window. A wall-mounted double bed and a double sofa bed sleep up to four guests. Shower room, air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi.

We have been welcoming guests on Airbnb and Booking.com since 2018, and on Abritel since 2020.

Combination key box

Self check-in

A secure combination key box lets you arrive at the time that suits you, with no appointment.

Before you arrive

  1. A few days before your stay, you receive by message the exact address, the location of the box and your personal code.

On arrival, from 15:00

  1. Turn the four dials to your code.
  2. Push down the black button to the left of the dials: the cover opens.
  3. Take the keys, close the box and scramble the digits.

On departure, by 11:00

  1. Close the windows, switch off the air conditioning and the lights.
  2. Lock the apartment and put the keys back in the box.
  3. Close the box and scramble the digits.

The TV and Fire TV

Two remote controls: one for the TV (TEMIUM) and one for the Fire TV box.

Usual steps

  1. Switch on the TV with the TEMIUM remote: red button.
  2. The Fire TV logo appears: select the profile shown on screen and confirm with the centre button (marker 3).
  3. With the Fire TV remote, open the live TV app.
  4. Change channel with the round button (marker 2): up for the next one, down for the previous one.

If the box does not start

  1. Switch on the TV with the TEMIUM remote and check that the source is HDMI 2.
  2. Switch on the box with the Fire TV remote: power button (marker 1).
  3. Select the profile shown, then open the live TV app.
  4. Change channel with the round button (marker 2).

A deposit, then the balance

A 30% deposit when you book, the balance 30 days before arrival, in euros. The booking is non-refundable, but your stay can be moved to another period of the year: request a change at least 30 days before arrival.

What time can I check in and out?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Check-in is self-service with a key box; instructions are sent to you before your stay.
How many people can stay?
Four guests at most, including up to three children and three babies.
Travelling with a baby?
A travel cot is available.
Is the price shown final?
Yes. The nightly price is a base rate that depends on the season, for one night and up to 2 guests. For the 3rd and 4th guest, a supplement is added per night and per person: €20 up to age 12, €30 from age 13; adults take the two included places first. Cleaning (€70) is not included in the nightly price: it is charged once per stay, whatever its length. The tourist tax (€1.15 per night per adult guest) is added to the price. Our server recalculates the total before payment: you pay exactly the amount shown, in euros.

What is the cancellation policy?
Strict policy: non-refundable booking. If something unexpected comes up, your stay can be moved to another period of the year. Any request to change dates must be made at least 30 days before the original arrival date. If your dates are moved, a price adjustment may apply if the rates for the newly chosen period are higher than the original booking.
